Crain’s Greg Hinz is reporting that Chicago business and corporate interests are attacking Democratic Party Senate President John Cullerton’s SB0001.
The Cullerton bill is a mash-up of the Nekritz/Biss/Cross bill and his own forced choice between a COLA and heath insurance.
Cullerton doesn’t believe the Nekritz bill will pass constitutional scrutiny by the courts. By combining them, he
