The Department of Finance (DOF) stated it will consider exemptions to its estimates of RDA excess tax increment local revenue applied at the First Principal Apportionment. As a result, the California Department of Education has requested the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) to receive the requests to forward to DOF. Please visit the FCMAT Web site (Outside Source) and select the RDA Exemption Request button.
