House Republican has filed a proposal that would expand a program that offers corporate tax credits to help pay for low-income children to attend private schools. Rep. Richard Corcoran, R-New Port Richey, filed a bill (HB 859) Friday that would increase the amount of tax credits allowed in the program to $250 million and also lift some eligibility requirements for children.
