What did Jay Schenirer know, and when did he know it? That was the question–more or less– put to Sacramento City Council candidate Schenirer at a Hollywood Park neighborhood meeting a couple weeks back.

Specifically, what did he know about the now notorious CASA pension schemeinstituted for top Sac City Unified School District administrators while he was on the SCUSD board back in 2000.
